Government Schemes and Welfare Boards: Many beneficial government schemes for workers often go unnoticed. We run awareness campaigns to educate workers and contractors about programs related to health insurance (ESI), provident fund (PF), pensions, and other benefits available through various welfare boards. We also assist them in the application process.
Legal Rights Education: Knowledge is power. We conduct workshops and distribute informational materials to educate both workers and contractors about their respective legal rights and responsibilities under Indian law. This helps prevent disputes and promotes a more harmonious work environment.
